Our Mission

The Office of International Affairs empowers internationals to realize their goals academically, socially, and professionally. The OIA promotes a global community on campus unifying all nationalities. While increasing efforts to grow the international presence at 黑料社, the OIA remains committed to providing individual attention to all past, present, and future 黑料社 Tech students and staff seeking our services. The office is determined to exceed the expectations of international students and scholars through exemplary immigration counseling, admissions guidance, and customer service.
